Pauline Tybor, Mother of Fran, Joe, Patricia Passed Away

Pauline L. Tybor
Born June 11, 1929, in Youngstown, Ohio, Pauline was the youngest of eight children of Stanley and Loretta Formanski Moszczynski. She went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2012, in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Pauline (Polly) attended St. Stanislaus School and graduated from South High School. She joined the Army and served during the Korean War in Tokyo, Japan, working in the hospital. After serving five years in the military, she returned to Youngstown where she met and married Andrew J. Tybor.
Andy served in the Army Air Corps as a baker until his retirement as a chief master sergeant in 1964. The couple made their home in Missouri, living in La Monte, Knob Noster, Fulton and Warrensburg.
Hired in 1968 as the first female postal worker at the Post Office in Warrensburg, she worked there until her retirement in 1989. Polly and Andy loved to fly fish and spent many happy times together fishing and camping. Andy preceded her in death in 1981 of lung cancer.
She was very involved at Sacred Heart Church of Warrensburg, receiving the Bishop's Award in 1987. After moving back to Youngstown in 1993, she traveled to Poland and the Holy Land, served on several mission trips to Chinle, Ariz., and was an active member of St. Stanislaus church, singing in the all-Polish choir. She also served as a Healing Listener on Healing Journey Retreats. A loving, caring, child of God, she will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Sister Mary Hermenegilde, Wanda J. Galardi, Cecelia D. Moszczynski, Theresa Mastramico and Mary Nerone; and by her brothers, Bernard Moszczynski and Joseph Moss.
Polly is survived by her daughters, Frances Mary (Doug) Owens and Patricia Ann; her son, Joseph A (Stephanie) Tybor; her grandchildren, April (Mike) Yates, Bethany (Jeremy) Holtrop, Katie Tipton and Christopher Tybor; five great-grandchildren, Kaine, Kenzi, Cara, Reese and Rebekah; her niece, Loretta Brown; her nephews, Tom (Jolene) Mastramico, Joe (Alicia)Moss, Mike (Maria) Moss; and several great-nieces and nephews.
